Intro Meditation Class starts October 9th

We all experience anger, fear, anxiety and confusion in response to things we can’t control. And, ultimately  we can influence what we do in that next breath with our body, speech and mind. With practice, we can slow things down, pause, gain more insight, expand our choices. And those choices influence our relationship to ourselves and all those around us.

If you are interested to learn and explore new tools, please contact me to join the Meditation class starting October 9th.

If you’re curious to learn more about how meditation can really influence change, a new book by journalist Daniel Goleman and renown neuroscientisst Richard Davison draws on volumes of research Altered Traits: Science Reveals How Meditation Changes Your Mind, Brain, and Body.  The link provides a brief outline of the book’s content.
